MR GRADE
Our MR grade plywood is made under stringent quality norms from seasoned hard wood core bonded with Urea Melamine Formaldehyde under computer controlled temperature and pressure. It is fully powder proof, termite proof and moisture resistance. ISI marked plywood is popular in the market owing to its unique bonding strength and durability. We apply advanced technique to bond it with UF Resin. A specific stress-relieving process in employed to keep the product dimensionally salable through a modern tenderizing machine.
BWR GRADE
BWR grade ISI marked our plywood is bonded with improved Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin under controlled temperature and pressure. Three tier treatments are given to BWR GRADE plywood so as to make it real tough in which veneers are treated with preservative. Glue line is fortified with non-leachable, oregano-phosphorus compound while finished panel are treated with acid copper chrome compound. Our BWR does not delaminate even when immersed in hot water for 3 cycles of 8 hours boiling and 16 hour drying @65± 20 degree centigrade and is therefore ideal for used in hot humid and moist location.
